When Michael and I first got married and I started our grocery shopping I kept finding myself buying taco seasoning packets and one day my grocery store was completely out of them. Never until the moment that I didn't have the convenience of ripping open a premade packet and throwing it into my dish did I ever think of making my own.
Needless to say, I made my own taco seasoning creation that night and have not bought another packet since! We LOVE mexican food and I make mexican style dishes often so this seasoning comes in handy multiple times a week at our house. From my Taco Chickpea Soup to enchilada night I always have this seasoning in my pantry. It takes only a minute to throw together and you're set for a few months of flavorful taco nights!
