Tailgate season is in full swing! There are so many amazing tailgate ideas floating around Pinterest that I knew I needed to put a new spin, or old spin ha, on this post. When I first saw the Coterie x Draper James products I loved how old school the navy and white pieces looked. That sparked the idea for this vintage tailgate! I have always been drawn to classic, vintage things whether that be my grandpa's letterman sweater (as seen on the side of the truck) or Coke in glass bottles - The charm is undeniable! Below are some simple ideas to add a touch of vintage charm to your own tailgate!

Serve snacks in brown paper bags - So, there is nothing special about brown paper bags?? Furthest thing from the truth! The bags adds the most charming vintage touch when the tops are rolled down! Fill them with chips, popcorn, granola, pretzels, etc.

Serve beverages in glass bottles - I don't know about you, but just about everything tastes better in a glass bottle!

Serve classic subs - This one could be all me, but I vividly remember my Grandpa taking me to the little gas station deli down by our house and getting these subs. They just scream nostalgia!

Blast an oldies playlist - Some may not be down for this one, but you simply cannot deny that it adds a vintage touch!

Use what you have - Not everyone has a stunning vintage truck... Neither do I, but thanks to our sweet friends I got to dress this one up! But maybe, like me, you have an old letterman sweater, or some old school pendants and shakers. Any of these make the perfect spirited addition!

A special thank you to Draper James & Coterie for making this post possible! As always, all thoughts and opinions are my own. Thank you so much for supporting the brands that make Going For Grace possible!
