Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 5 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Blend. Add all ingredients to a blender. Pulse until fully combined. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge. 

Notes

  • To store. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to one week.
  • Swap the fruit. Some other fruits to try in this dressing are peaches or blueberry.
  • Swap the vinegar. You can use white wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar, white vinegar, or a regular balsamic.
