Favorite Finds
- Just launched by Lauren Cermak’s corresponding Substack called Love Notes. I’ll admit that it took me a bit to get into the Substack world, but once I got the feel, I loved it. If you aren’t familiar with it, definitely give it a shot. Literally just launched it like an hour ago (and I’m leaving it as a free platform), so any subscriber is much appreciated.
- Debating whether to jump on the Sarah J. Maas train. I’ve never been into fantasy reads before, but one of my goals for this year was to try different genres, so I may give hers a shot. Any recs?
- Been trying out Armra (not paid) and have liked it so far. The blood orange tastes delicious and I like having them in my bag for travel or midday, but I’m not sure the travel packs have enough in them to make a real difference. I’d suggest doing the unflavored jar and using a few scoops in a morning smoothie. I like this bundle that has both.
- Randomly watched Gladiator II and were actually blown away by how much we liked it. We chose it on a whim and got so into it that we both were glued to our seats. Neither of us had seen the first, but it was easy to catch on.
- Been stuck on my Dinner Party playlist. Love the Nora Ephron feels.
- Ordered a slew of new bath towels and they require a share. We’ve had these before and they remain the best in thickness, quality, and durability.
- Stumbled across Kate Zimmerman Turpin’s account this week and my jaw dropped. Her greens!!
- Been using this cheap little step counter because I cannot with smart watches. It’s been great to slide in my pocket or leggings and go about my day. Currently debating an Oura Ring 4, but it’s hard to beat this for $25.
- If you’re a book girl, you need this embosser. These also make the cutest gifts.
- Binged Running Point on Netflix this past weekend and it is so very good. The casting is beyond.
