Description

Get ready for this delicious Mango Spinach Smoothie to become your favorite new healthy green smoothie! Full of fresh flavor and nutrition, this vibrant smoothie is made with mango, spinach, pineapple, banana, chia seeds, hemp seeds, and fresh mint leaves.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • Half frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tsp honey
  • A few large mint leaves
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender. Start with liquid, followed by greens, seeds, and then frozen fruit. Blend on high for at least 1 minute or until smooth. Add more water if needed to reach desired smoothie thickness. Makes 20 ounces.

Notes

Note: If your fruit isn't frozen, be sure to add in a large handful of ice to get that good cold smoothie consistency.
