Description

This dip is creamy, dairy free, and full of fresh flavor. Use it on tacos, bowls, nachos, salads, and more!


Ingredients

  • 1 jalapeño, remove stem and seeds
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon Chile lime seasoning (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into blender or food processor and pulse until completely smooth in texture. Add more water to thin the dip to your liking.

Notes

  • Heat: If you want to add more heat, add a another jalapeño or red pepper flakes to the mix.
  • To store: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
