This vibrant smoothie is made with fresh turmeric, fresh ginger, black pepper, mango, pineapple, banana, and honey. Time to add this one to your health routine!


Units Scale
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • Half frozen banana
  • 2 teaspoons ground turmeric
  • 2 inch ginger root
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 cup filtered water


  1. Add to blender. Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender. Start with liquid, followed by the frozen fruit, and the remaining ingredients . Blend on high for at least 1 minute or until smooth. Add more water if needed to reach desired smoothie thickness. Makes 20 ounces.


  • Note: If your fruit isn't frozen, be sure to add in a large handful of ice to get that good cold smoothie consistency.
  • Add mint, basil, or cinnamon for even more flavor.
  • Use coconut water, coconut milk, or almond milk instead of water.
