14 ounce can chickpeas (unsalted), drained & rinsed
1/4 cup tahini
3 tablespoons olive oil
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
2 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons harissa seasoning
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon sea salt
- Blend. Place all ingredients into a blender and pulse until mixture is fully combined and smooth, stopping to scrape down the blender as needed. Add a small amount of water to thin it out if needed.
- Serve. Serve immediately or store in air tight container in the fridge. When ready to serve, top with additional sprinkling of harissa seasoning, sea salt, and a light drizzle of olive oil.
