Ingredients

Scale

14 ounce can chickpeas (unsalted), drained & rinsed

1/4 cup tahini

3 tablespoons olive oil

Juice of 1/2 a lemon

2 cloves garlic

2 teaspoons harissa seasoning

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Blend. Place all ingredients into a blender and pulse until mixture is fully combined and smooth, stopping to scrape down the blender as needed. Add a small amount of water to thin it out if needed.
  2. Serve. Serve immediately or store in air tight container in the fridge. When ready to serve, top with additional sprinkling of harissa seasoning, sea salt, and a light drizzle of olive oil.
