This Healthy Granola Recipe is easy to make and even easier to fall in love with! It is made with good for you ingredients that all add up to the perfect crunch!


Ingredients

  • 4 cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup melted unrefined coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup dried apples

Instructions

  1. Combine. Combine the oats, nuts, seeds, salt, spices, oil, vanilla, and sweeteners in large bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  2. Bake. Spread the granola evenly on a parchment lined baking sheet. Pressing it down as best you can for those glorious granola clumps. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly golden, tossing it about halfway.
  3. Add. Allow the granola to cool completely before adding in the dried fruit.
  4. Store. Store in an airtight container for up to 14 days.
