How To Make A Simple Snapdragon Centerpiece

A dreamy, simple snapdragon centerpiece to impress your guests this Spring!

Al fresco dining is one of my favorite ways to spend an evening in the spring months as evidenced in both this post and this post! Here in Tennessee, spring is one of the best times to take advantage of the outdoors as it's not too hot or humid just yet. Give me a charming spring night with my favorite people and I could dine every night Al fresco!

Imagine my surprise when I was going through the Going For Grace entertaining archives and realized that I never shared this dreamy Al fresco table setting from a few years back! I loved this table setting for many reasons, but the main being that it is timeless. Meaning that I can imagine setting my Al fresco table this exact same way 20 years from now! Today's focus... The centerpiece!

Simple Snapdragon Centerpiece

I put together this simple centerpiece with one of my absolute favorite flowers - snapdragons. My love for this flower runs deep as they are versatile, inexpensive, plush and last for weeks, making them the perfect addition to any floral arrangement or in a large bunch on their own. Plus, our local Kroger always has them in stock!

What You Will Need For This Arrangement

  • Large bunch of white snapdragons
  • Three bluebell stems
  • Faux lemon branch

How to Make This Arrangement

  1.  Start with a medium to large vase and fill half full of cold water. I prefer clear glass for this one because I think the stems showing are really beautiful!
  2.  Cut each stem at a diagonal and begin placing the white snapdragons into the vase one by one.
  3.  Once snapdragons are placed, evenly space the bluebells and your lemon branch into the outer edges of your vase for some nice pops of color.
